Darlene Munneke, board member of the Aitkin County Friends of the Arts, presented flags to Aitkin's Mayor Gary Tibbitts and Chip Borkenhagen, the winner of the City of Aitkin Flag Contest. The contest was sponsored by the Aitkin County Friends of the Arts in conjunction with the City of Aitkin. |
